I am in two games, wishing to be in three and opening a fourth, and I have a list of characters I want to app. My problem lies in that I don't know who, and given how large of a list, I think I may have to prioritize. So I'm taking a page from hurricane_chris and made a list. I hate lists. Blah.

So I've been thinking lately. Self, I says, I really don't do much with my livejournal, and that's kind of lame. What can I do to spruce this place up, get some use out of it and have something that people enjoy reading?

Well, after I thought about it - then considered checking myself into some kind of institute for talking to myself too much - I decided on a way to remedy that problem without blasting people with memes. Now mind you, the week numbers may be a little off, since technically I started this a week ago on a whim on Facebook, but decided that this would be a fun place to do it as well. Anyway, curious to know just what is going on? I am too...

As I was sipping my vanilla breakfast slushie thing, looking at the SD Shining Gundam that is practically finished, I realized something.

I forgot the piece that I had to put in his head to connect it to the body out across the country. In fact, I know exactly where it is (sitting on kaitou_marina's coffee table).  AHHH! NO! RAGE! YOU'D THINK THEY'D INCLUDE MULTIPLES OF SINGLE PIECES FOR TARDS LIKE ME! ;A;

Oooooouch. You know, I'm really glad I'm getting paid on the 13th. For one, that'll give me a little more of a buffer for the $90 I just had to throw at something unexpectedly. I wish I would have known beforehand why that wouldn't have worked out, but it was a bit of an unforeseen problem. And the site says it ships in 2-3 days, so I'll have it before I leave for Seattle. Hopefully.

If not, I'll be a little ticked. But anyway.

Camera shopping today! So excited! Also, rent due today! Ugh. At least the paycheck I got on Friday covers the whole thing. Ah, the joys of the last month in this bleeping place. God, there's so much bad karma here that it's practically splattered across the walls. I have to hold my breath, though, because inspection is on the 22. I swear to God, if my roommate's cat peed on the carpet and we have to replace it (which will cost, I kid you not, a whopping $800), I will shit bricks. Then choke them with them. I've already lost $2,000 through this whole ordeal, that would just be the last straw.

Anyway, this was supposed to be a somewhat happy entry! Ten whole days until I'm on my trip, and I'm beyond excited. I'm not even worried about the flight - yet - so that's good! I'm that much closer to seeing all you cookey, Washington kids. Prepare for the wooly invasion, Sheepy's coming to a con near you!

PS. I usually don't link to role play stuff on my journal, but memento_eden , the role play I'm in, is hosting a super-special-awesome April Fool's Day event that you guys can get in on. All info can be found here. So, bring your Kool-Aid men, your Dr. Phils, your whatevers! It's gonna be awesome, yo. Cause, you know, ME is the hottest tourist spot ever apparently.

Nnnngh, calling me at 9am when I went to sleep at four sucks, work. And it's my day off. Seriously, dick move, work. Dick move.

Today was when I was supposed to be lazy and sleep in, then spend four-plus hours downtown trying to find classes, then come home and relax, because yesterday was chaotic since some of our help called in. Well, the girl working service this morning called in, and another person did too (they're not saying who, so I'm assuming that person no longer works with us) and want me to come in SOMETIME today, since they don't have anyone to run service and figured I'd like the hours - which I would, since I have a trip coming up.

yShdlyusdgja'dsfasfakjsdf! SO PISSED. This is my day off, I have plans, and they want me to call after I'm done scheduling classes, since I'm a "responsible employee"; I stay late, I do work before or after I'm punched in if needed (like help customers on the floor or answer phones), and my managers know that I have my eyes set on management. I WANTED TO BE LAZY TODAY, FUCK YOU TOYS R US. And, being the easily guilt-ridden person I am, I can't seem to fall back to sleep.

Grr grr grr. I hate to say for them to do this, since this means I potentially lose hours, but train more people at service. Having only five of your thirty employees (not including managers) know service desk is suicidal, you know that right?

I'm going back to bed; that just really got my dander up. Hopefully they won't need me when I'm done, which honestly will probably be about 5.

I have suffered complete identity-loss amnesia. Please fill in the blanks. Tell me who I am! I trust you, my friends, to tell me only the truth and to steer me in the right direction.

Countdown: 17 days.

Now that that's out of the way, I'm so absolutely proud of myself today. Put in the order for a few things for Hinamori, then went out and got a black wig from a theater shop down the road for $15. It's not the BEST quality (which is apparent from the top of the wig), but I made it work. First wig I styled by myself. Originally it was much longer, and lacked real bangs. The bun cover was also made by me.

11 days and counting.

Now I remember why it takes me so freaking long to pack. I'll get started, then see something I haven't seen in a while and take time to look at it. I'm so easily distracted. *fail*

But at least my bookshelf is all packed up. I wanna tackle my closet too today, since it's gotten really out of control. My goal is to have everything in boxes by April 3 so that I will be flexible to move anytime between then and the 20th (save for Eastern weekend, of course).

So after reading Ayame's entry, I just had to make a list of my own. Unfortunately, instead of shortening it to 5 (which I tried really hard to), I've widdled it down to a list of my top ten, as well as a few honorable mentions - songs that would have made it if not for other songs.
